bull

it's next year's money now

not last year's money returned

and it's designed to be spent

not saved

and if spent

is spent against the future

it's negative spending into bloated inventories

and what you get is immediately devalued to nothingness once you hit the door

for the taxpayer it is most unconstructive

for the economy, its a waste of money

for bloated inventories

its a band aid of poor quality

and at best

it puts off today

what cannot be there tomorrow if things don't improve

wanna mud wrestle?
