Whatever you come with, it should be tested by calling or e-mailing the story to Art Bell.

Your killer bee story reminded me of a Extreme Top Secret (XTS) CIA black project to breed a super-voracious species of fire ant which could be infested into the Embassy of a less than friendly nation. Not too remarkable by itself, but a super-secret super fire ant anti-toxin which the CIA agents, disguised as pest control security specialists, would use to protect themselves while they ransack the embassy offices. After the spying activity was effected, the CIA team would dispatch the super fire ants with their secret eradicator, which also contains undetectable nanotech eavesdropping devices.

It's a win³ stuation: the CIA gets current information, they set in place the means to get future information, and can repeat the same scenario over and over.

Probably just an Urban Legend, though.
