Hi Yousef; Yeah, I'm working hard at getting some stuff ready to put onto one of those silicon wafers... Tell me more about wafers. I suppose that because of the need for scribe lines, that means that they have to be able to cut the wafer up in a series of straight lines? That makes my theoretical wafer packing problem much simpler... Are we allowed to pack the wafers in orientations other than 90 degrees, (LOL!!!)?

By the way, when I made those calculations I was assuming that the 200mm diameter and the 80mm die areas already included some sort of margin, sort of like center to center calculations. I wonder why they don't do it that way...
