Re: the AMD MP servers aren't selling Tony, There are now 3 companies marketing cases for SMP Athlon systems, and a large variety of memory modules is being marketed for the boards. Pricing for the chips and the boards they run on has been holding up better than most other X86 products. Infrastructure doesn't spring up like that unless there are sales. Other than wishful thinking, what do you base your conclusions on? Remember that Dell is No. 2 in sales, No. 1 is "other", the sum of white box VAR sales, and AMD does very well in that market. Look for an SMP AThlon case, and compare it to trying to find P4 cases last quarter when Intel sold over a million units. Not apples to apples, by any means, but convincing evidence that Athlon MP systems are ramping nicely. Dan
