Management Shakeup? If Cambior is really serious about Zappa, expect them to appoint some of their people to run Zappa. Currently, Zappa's management consists of Al Gerry (President & CEO), and Ken Mathews ( Sec'y). We need some experienced people to run this company. Perhaps Cambior is insisting this happen before committing to the private placement and pre- feasibility report. This would probably be bullish for the stock price. Pierre Chenard, a Cambior VP, was appointed as a director some months ago. Perhaps he and one or two other Cambior honchos will soon run Zappa.
