Oh my! Merrill on Tech : Merrill Lynch analyst Steve Milunovich, who has been one of the more bearish strategists on the tech sector, says he is becoming more optimistic and suggests a market weighting in tech stocks; says on a scale from 1 to 10, has moved from a 2 to a 4. Sees tech profits bottoming; maintains equal weight on semis, but upgrades logic sub-sector to overweight and comm ICs to equal weight.
