George and Jay, liquidity is just as important t pricing as valuation, these two are at opposing sides of the pendulum right now, with excess liquidity in the market, these funds, eventually will find their way into th safest road to money heaven, and valuations, for a time, will be discounted. This is one reason that my model still has an irrational exuberance period starting later this year and going well into next year. Zeev
