Elmer, <<<Easy Mary, that kid was manipulating very small cap companies. I hardly think someone could have any effect on a company with the market share of Intel. While I agree, never overestimate the average investor, there simply can't be a significant number of people stupid enough to believe Dan, and for those who are, may they soon be parted from their money.>>>
Let's not be too cool or coy about this. The secret is out. This is where semi professionals (and wannabees) hang out. Any one guy may not know that much that is worthwhile. But, collectively, these guys know much more than any analyst or their company know about the industry.
I am convinced anyone in the business, that goes online, will read these threads. Remember, even Jack Welch and Michael Eisner have admitted they used to read messages posted about their companies on SI type boards.
You know for sure Mark Haynes and company, Cramer and all the savvy pros read this stuff. You don't think Jerry Sanders haven't read any of these posts.
