HK PCCW Names Richard Butler Partner As Advisor To Board HONG KONG -- Pacific Century CyberWorks Ltd. (PCW) named solicitor Robert C. Nicholson senior advisor to its board of directors effective Monday, the company said in a press release. The Hong Kong-based telecom and multimedia services provider said Nicholson will advise the board on strategic transactions and will have overall responsibility for legal and regulatory affairs. Nicholson, 45 years old, has been a senior partner at Richards Butler since 1985. He set up the corporate and commercial department at Richards Butler and has wide experience in corporate finance and cross-border transactions.
