Folks have been saying we're within a couple weeks for S-1 acceptance for a long time now so I think it's closer than that. Last time I heard, June 6, Helen was wrapping up some info to send the SEC but I think the closer we get to being finished the less review it takes to clear the last detail sent. In other words, Helen references smaller questions on each go-round and the SEC takes less time to scrutinize Helen's answers. Amazon Com took 2 1/2 months from S-1 submission to IPO because there's nothing top secret about selling books. FTEL has to take time so that they don't say anything they don't have to. This is cutting edge technology. I think we're real close: Friday 6/20 @ 10:45am. When the news hits, FTEL is going to gap up about 3/4 point. WH
