Gary, Not absolutely certain but I believe Lan City has been purchased and is now a subsidiary of a larger company, the name I can not remember. Amati makes a flavor of ADSL (Asyncronys Digital Subscriber Line) technology, which allows the transmission of video over standard, twisted pair copper cable which is ubiquitous on the face of the earth...Amati variety is the type getting all the press as the better of the two, (neither name I remember).... The latest opus on the subject appeared in ASAP, a quarterly publication of Forbes...the article is written by George Gilder, an author I highly recommend.
