"Now we have reached a new phase in our development, which changes our operations requirements. Dave's participation in identifying Lance as our new CFO has been beneficial, in that Dave understands the dynamics of Basis100 and the type of person who would complement our management team."

As CFO of Novopharm Biotech, Inc., he oversaw all aspects of the company's accounting, financial and administrative functions, and managed the company's investor relations department. He brought ATI, the world's largest supplier of 3D graphics and multimedia technology, through the successful completion of its IPO transaction in the fall of 1993. He also established ATI's investor relations department. "Lance is a great fit with the Company," added Mr. Bartholomew. "He has over 20 years financial management experience working with private and public, large and small technology companies.
