Walt, I don't know how you feel about the NAZ/NY Volume indicator and market bottoms, but according to my calculations, this indicator is hitting values not seen since the fall of 1998. You are absolutely correct. And, perhaps even more significantly, you have to go all the way back to November 1987 to find the next time the indicator was this low. I think it is definitely telling us something.
