I have been away for the last couple of weeks but I wanted to thank you and PW (and perhaps others), for helping me install my new C drive and restore the image from my D drive. Your advice to check the Drive Image disk before formatting the hard drive was right on! The Drive Image boot disk did not work and all attempts to create one failed. I used my Win Me boot disk and it worked great.

Thanks to all who share their time and knowledge on this thread.
