Hi Mino, sorry for the confusion. ADCT has been taken off Value Line's Highest Growth Stocks (HGS) list for now, but is still on my PIC list because it was simultaneously on the HGS and was Timeliness #5 in recent times.

As a group, this bunch of stocks were all very highly over-priced 17 months ago and were mostly "Timeliness #1" at the time. So, it was my thinking that if they'd moved all the way to the "bad boys" end of the Timeliness scale, maybe the worst damage was over for the share price.

I had thought originally that I'd scrub the stocks from the PIC list also when they were dropped from the HGS list, but that would have now meant eliminating 15 of the 18 currently on the list!!! That didn't seem to make sense. Also many times they appear as Timeliness #5 one week and the following one they are "delisted" from HGS. That's not enough time for a recovery or certainly for AIM to have done any good.

So, this list is being constructed and reviewed as a long term hold or long term AIM account to see if it's a valid concept for filtering stocks. Unfortunately this list isn't terribly diversified as of yet. Maybe after a few years it will have something besides Tech related stocks!!

Best regards, Tom
