It is normal for insiders to give notice to sell shares once the restriction period is up, it does not mean they ARE going to sell. Why would any of those shareholders want to sell at current levels? Even if they do, how does that affect you and I in an adverse way, one shareholder is replaced by another, thus creating some liquidity - am I missing something here!
