Hi guys. Interesting discussion re: short selling and how it appears in trading summaries. I have always assumed that all sales (i.e. all short sales too) were included in the daily summaries and detailed trades. After all the guy on the other half of a short sale is buying the stock and his buy volume is recorded in the reported volume.

I have never received a straight answer on this so I don't know for sure. I also would be interested in finding out.

Essam, did you notice that if you run a stockwatch $volume summary or %gainer summary for today that WKA (up 195% today and $580K volume) does not show up? It makes me wonder what other stocks are missing and how reliable that info is. Let me know if you have any comments on why this is missing. I have emailed Stockwatch also.
