Watson: A lot of people think that D-Dubya-I was a playboy in college who goofed off, drank keg beer and seldom went to class. Actually (and this isn't widely known) Smirk had to study 10 hours a day to make C's ... to compensate for his low IQ.

Lest we forget, the Harvard and Yale grad somehow was rejected when he applied for admission to the University of Texas law school.

Do I hear the term "legacy student" loud and clear? I believe I do.
