Tad- Thanks very much for your input. I will call the company's IR people again tomorrow and see if I can get answers to your insightful questions. From the press release regarding the concession: <<<The area is conducive to providing various sales options for any commercial oil or gas discovery from the License site since there are several oil and gas pipelines which cross the area. The existing infrastructure permits rapid development of any commercial production and more importantly provide flexibility in securing acceptable sales markets. Production can be sold North to Russia, Finland and the Atyrau Refinery, and/or South through the Caspian Sea port at Aktau for export abroad.>>> I hope our company did their due diligence regarding the infrastructure and production stream but certainly have reservations until I find out for sure. Nonetheless, I'm still bullish on AIPN and the potential for the asphalt production at the refinery, provided this operation goes on stream without any glitches. Obviously, the market is skeptical and will require proof of the pudding before bidding up the stock price.
