Sec. as Latin and South American dominos fall...Rube convinces Argentina to drop the peso-dollar peg, hyperinflation ignites as country after country devalues its currency....a consortium of NY banks buys Argentina...for one USD...Bush: "now that's a strong dollar policy...."
