What's obviously needed here is some kind of D.A.R.E. program for sex. Just say no, and all that, along with some good "Reefer Madness" style scare-mongering. Maybe they could even work in narcing on your parents for doing the evil deed. Funny thing is, I think D.A.R.E. had to be reformulated this year. There's a legal requirement that drug education programs had to be show to work to some degree to get funding, and D.A.R.E. didn't pass the test. I'm sure W's "every sperm is sacred" buddies can be relied upon to make sure there's no similar requirement of efficacy for their junior anti-sex league programs, though.
