That's Richard Russell Thus, you must guard against premature optimism, which means that you must be suspicious of early hopeful prredictions, and you must avoid enthusiasmn regaring the bounces and rallies which will appear from time to time. Like that statement.., brokers have been yelling buy as they sell on weak rallies for the last year. Shortly the Great Distribution will end...., and in a wink the bull will return.
