fyo, OT Who is the mother of invention? N... I wonder if someone opened a department store that was a mall of small shops and kept each one under the limit. If the bread shop went over the limit, well split it into a scones shop, a bun shop and a sliced bread shop, etc etc. People never realize in those countries that these limits hurt the people and help the owners as they limit competition. I also hear there are stores in Nevada just over the state line from California that do great sales to people from California and save them sales tax. I also hear there is a blackmarket in flush toilets beause they have laws in California that you have to use low volume flush toilets and the rich want the full flushers Bill
