RE: Last week Merril Lynch upgraded the entire semi sector telling investors to buy as aggressively as they can at these prices. Their call specifically included LSI.

LSI is the lowest-rated US chip stock at Merrill. It is rated so low that a ML broker cannot even solicit an order for its purchase.
