I am sure you understand that balance is maintained by opposing points of view in any scenario where there exists the opportunity for abuse. Can you and the people arguing on your side understand that as well. I'm not sure that you yourself are guilty of this but being against any environmental initiative or being for anything that environmentalists argue against can bring similar charges that you are not a reasonable person or that you are a wacko or an idiot or a shill for the oil/lumber/coal/whatever industry.
