The appeal I referred to is CDN's appeal of a key ruling in the civil suit, see following messages.yahoo.com As it stands, this ruling rips the guts out of Cadence's chances of big extra $$ in the civil suit. Appeal in progress. I didn't find Cosmo Daisey's message very helpful from a stock trading point of view, and the factual inference you drew from it is incorrect. No disrespect meant to Mr or Ms Daisey, everyone's entitled to an opinion.
