The "new paradigm" ..Lehmans cut of semis have so far been absorbed, if CSCO sentiment as expressed earlier is maintained, economic data showing an improvement in US productivity should boost market participants' sentiment, as it suggests the "new paradigm" for the US economy (strong production increases with little to no inflation) can continue.
