I think I was wrong in interpreting the S-3 form. But I still have great doubt about the whole idea of CD-quality radio. I browsed through CDRD's home page. I think the CEO is not a scum. But the finacial prospect, as candle stick has described, isn't good at all.

What's your judgement about their capitalization and current price ?
