I have been looking for employees for almost 2 months now. This is a small company. I hired Andrew recently, the gallery's do everything guy, to fill a vacancy. I have been looking just as long to fill the front desk position, usually held by a female. I have offered the job to three different women (all May college graduates), all of whom have opted to choose nothing and look for something either more demanding or more lucrative (like teaching or hoping to be hired by a major auction house). I am not worried about filling the position, but I've never had so many not want to take me up on a job offer. Conclude what you want, but leave the deodorant comments out of it!
