Us old timers remember that Asyst was in the $4's at the bottom of the last cycle. IMHO their prospects going forward then were better than they are now. That's not to say they are especially bad now.

Don't let those wall street idiots fool you. We are nowhere near on the threshold of starting another up cycle. History will probably reveal that we are not even at the bottom here, not by a long shot.
