A letter to my clients and subscribers read as follows tonight:

We may be near a bottom, or at least very close. The funds FundPilot entered today generally lead the market in general, and the sectors represented are showing some potential strength. Although we may only have no really good reasons for the market to rise, we also have no real reasons for a continued downtrend. The 6 month wait for improvement that normally follows an interest rate cut has not been completed, so I would expect to see a bit more volatility. However, since we are getting near the middle of the 3rd quarter earnings reports, and companies are starting to meet greatly lowered expectations (meaning the brokerages aren't making any money either right now), we should logically see some accumulation and help move the market up a bit. Time will tell, but given the blasé day, with FundPilot flagging some buys in the right funds, I will look for signs of continued entry among the other client funds for confirmation.

FundPilot entered the following funds:

FDCPX
FDGRX
FSELX
NTCHX
ROGSX
RYMIX
FSHCX

Additionally, I have added just the 6 month charts of the following:

FundPilot entered or is long on:

FSAVX
FDVLX
FSTCX
FSHCX

FundPilot is still out of:

FSDCX
FMILX
FOCPX
FEMKX
FDFAX

All the 6 month charts for the above have been updated.
