Only in Cal., Folks in Cal. can an would sue their Mother if they were sent to bed without dessert. But his post did have the desired effect. A mass sell off. Too bad folks didn't read it too its entierty an where it came from. This guy is trying to do an O.J. Simpson thing here. This attorney is only looking for the money he will make handling the case. Talk about pissing folks off, Tom must of really pissed a lot of folks off last year. I'll have to give the guy credit. Anyone else would of folded an left everyone in a lurch. He could of really screwed everyone last year an he didn't. He spent 8 mos. trying to get the company relisted. That was accomplished. They filed their 10Q on time an the company was honest.They showed all there cards an I will give them the respect that they deserve. I'm still holding my positions in the company even though I said that I was going to sell. Now that this PR came out , I am even more interested as to why it came out. A smart lawyer would of waited until the roll out came out. Therefore the stock price would be higher an therefore they could of had a better chance of getting more money. To me this whole thing looks a little fishy. Sounds like a legal scam to me. I sure would like to see the trading records of the folks that are filing the claims. I just scanned the trading for Nov. of 99 an 2000 an anyone that bought in at that time frame had every opportunity to sell at a good profit. As far as folks putting their life savings in. Well they could of made it back a 1000xs if they would of sold above 2$$$. Now I can do a time line as to the NRes an the stock price move. Yes we had a spike to a 1.30+ on Dec.16 but it closed in the upper .20s So you see, this whole thing is a scam. The folks that bought in Nov. could of sold out at 10xs what they paid for it. Now a good lawyer in court can show this an the rest is all academic. Greed got the best of those investors. Too bad the company doesn't have me as a lawyer. Anyone that bought this stock in Nov. of 99 has nothing to complain about. Ron
