Wondering if any shareholders are going to annual
meeting on June 27?? Would love to have gone, but
couldn't get off from work. I think we really need
someone from this post to be there and to report
back what is said...

Also, just got my proxy statement in the mail
today, not sure whether to vote for or against
increase # of authorized shares.. Seems the
acquistion of FPII was successful, if mgmnt can
duplicate acquistions like this, perhaps the
increase in shares would not be so bad???
