That appears to mean that he isn't jumping to another company. I have developed a rule of thumb that when a CFO leaves, especially with a vague "pursue other business opportunities" explanation that there may be some bad financial news brewing that he/she is going to get blamed for. That hasn't been true in all cases, but it seems to have been true in a number of them. I am neither long or short Asyst, but have been considering it. Wm Chaney
