Richard; Once a stock has moved into the pink sheets, it has all but fallen off the face of the earth. Nasdaq has a credibility that goes along with it, the pink sheets don't. Once your in that hole, it's hard to climb out. Now moving to the amex or big board is a step up, in the eyes of many investors. Sincerely: C. W. Oakes
