Hi AT,

I think the whole world was waiting on Csco to report. I heard yesterday that Csco represents 4.5 percent of the Naz 100.

Yesterday was the second quarter of lower rvenue for Csco in it's history.Since the first quarter resulted in a bomb shell that took it to 13.5,many people stood on the sidelines.

I thought the inventory reduction from 2.2 billion to 1.7 billion was good (on only 200 basis points of margin loss).It doesn't look like it was a real hot fire sale) I don't know what a good inventory turn is - but 4.3 billion in sales on a 1.7 billion inventory gives a good turn - if it was in the car business.???
