Check out the intraday chart for PAIR. It moved to 18 7/8 within several minutes after opening, so I doubt they will change your trade. Next time use a limit order and you will avoid getting fills at the highest price. Also remeber that despite recent improvements Datek is still slow at opening. It is also the most volatile time of the day for stocks. With Datek you really need to sit and watch your order (especially market order) for several minutes and be ready to cancel anytime. Don't wait for e-mail! BTW, Datek: Get rid of confirmation on cancels on orders 7!!!
