Just for my better understanding, Gersh The rules of forks define that a new fork must use the previous forks tine as base? And the direction of the new fork results from the fact that the mid-tine has to divide the new base in two equal parts? The idea of all this is - like with Fibonacci etc - esthetic? Sorry for that stupid questions! Jury
