I got the VL because I used to live in a rural area where the local library had one that was supported by volunteer donations. The VL there was about 6 months out of date. So I got my own. Now I live in the big city and when it expires (in 3 more years) if I am still in the city, I will just go to a library. Although, I have noticed the libraries typically don't carry the expanded edition or the 8 pager blue & white report. I wonder what they do with the little report?
