Yes, I think you should, especially recently. There are, recently, hundreds of hits a day on your computer. Lots of people on CL have dial up connections and use it. The only difference is that with cable, you're vulnerable to such hits 24/7, but with dialup you can still be on for hours a day.... zonelabs.com (You don't need the one that costs 39.95; the free download is fine.)
