The only engineers that would enjoy being part of a union are the inept that have not kept their skills up and are unemployable in todays world. Union's protect the sludge, good workers will always be paid well and will never have trouble finding a job. , broken-field running is one life's necessities. You learn to cope with whatever life throws at you or you're roadkill. That is truly great. I have printed that for future reference. Thanks!
