The cable channel (forget which one it was) made the point that Clinton enjoyed the rough-and-tumble world of Washington politics, thrived in such an environment. Smirk, on the other hand, is more at home "down on the farm" sidestepping cow pies in 100-degree heat while his staff arranges 20-second photo ops of him with a hammer in his hand. Probably doesn't matter. Cheney-Rumsfeld-Bush Sr. calling all the shots anyway.
