The oourt order, if you can understand it, speaks for itself. It basically means, "cut the B.S. and lets see what the claim is". This is step 1 in Litigation\Discovery - What is GIFT "claiming" so we don't waste our time on what is not relevant. The GIFTed know the claim, but Judge needs to understand it to make intelligent decisions based on what it is before her. If anyone can find out who HER broker is and when she buys some GIFT, that would be the info to have!! However, it will be months before she makes any rulings. At this pt in the game, Mr Fink has to specify each claim against each defendant. When that is in, they decide on the next of many steps. Mel
