i interpret the anecdote a little
differently, but that's what makes a
work of art a masterpiece - it sparks
an epiphany while leaving enough
room for as many interpretations as
there are viewers (or readers).

i can see why you would nominate
"Cat's Cradle" as a masterpiece.
