You are an attorney in Bethesda, Maryland as per your SI profile. Are you abiding by your code of ethics? I don't believe recommending a dog stock is ethical. You should also disclaimer your true position and whether or not you were given pp shares by teh comapny as you supposedly bragged to someone before.

Also, if you remember I am the one that pointed out that brokers/traders had to post their status in their posts because of the recent lawsuit against a trader for recommending a dog stock. Smokey states he's a trader yet he still is posting wihtout a disclaimer.

Here is mark's code of civility which he must abide by. Calling people AH's does not sound like he's being very civil. There's a complaint form in the site to fill out if you feel he hasn't been civil. msba.org
