sex and violence?


I happen to agree that much of it is demand driven, but there are lots of reasons for pushing sex and violence. First, probably some directors or producers find them more fun to film than drawing room scenes. Second, some people in the entertainment industry, I think, like to push the envelope for the sake of showing how different, or creative, or something they are. There are other reasons, but these will do for a start.
