Was the first Hooters located in Hootervile? (Eva Gabor's charactor always pronounced it Hootersville )

I always wondered how that got through the censors. Pettycoat Junction starts out with 3 well endowed beauties taking a bath at their hotel outside of HOOTERVILLE!!!!!
