Of course, the Republicans finally had Luca Brazi hold a gun to William the Bastard's head and assure him that either his signature or his brains would be on Welfare Reform in 1995. He then puffed himself up as the "WELFARE REFORMING PRESIDENT" for the 1996 election, and won a second term.
