Tim,

8 million shares for IPO is a LOT. In most cases there are only fewer than 3-4 million shares offered. However, when CIEN came out, it was also a huge number (forgot how many, but was wary of the size), and now the down slide has started. Last week, it was disclosed 50 insiders of CIEN filed Form 144 to sell, in addition to the month of May, when 14 filed...scary.
