westergaard had NO license

He lost his license. Go see sec.gov search westergaard.

Westergaard is being sued by the SEC for fraud. He is cutting a deal wtih the SEC right now. He is now pleading guilty. Go look up his case online filed dec 27 2000 by the SEC. We should see the litigation release soon.

Westergaard told everyone to mortgage their house to buy astn and to do it on margin. Sir Auric has never told anyone to buy or sell astn. I've read his old posts. He just brings up pertinent issues.

You on the other hand have touted astn to the moon and caused a lot of investors to lose a lot of money with your overly rosy misleading posts. Every time the stock goes lower, you post that you're buying more. You post why it's such a great buying opportunity and every negative thing is already factored into the lower price. It can only go up from here! It's continued to go down for obvious reasons, i.e. dilution, possible delisting, legal/financial liability for SEC regulation violation, running out of funds, lack of profits... How can you live with yourself touting up this dog.

BTW you are involved in the astn litigation. You are a witness. Your posts are referenced in the lawsuit and in the exhibits. Your communications with the company have been requested in discovery. You must act civily :-P
